Default Prefs - Run When Idle For 3 Minutes
(Message 1169)
Posted 1545 days ago by gabberattack (johnny, eriq, segfault, r2k4, bully, sifon) Yes, I plan to purchase this sensor eventually, but I would like to know if: Will project target specificity other way than just comparing the laptops from the same area - what if there is only my laptop in that area? In case there are kids jumping in the computer classroom, will this be classified as earthquake? Several machines will report similar results. I have integrated speakers on my iMac and my music is on most of the day - will it trigger the sensor? It should be specified if events like this matter a lot, or not and project can deal with it. I really like the project, I like to participate, but if I have to create just bunch of false signal not valuable for project I will switch to the different one. I am just missing info like this" If you have a laptop and you work on it a lot, or you have a music on the whole day, do not run this project, because it will not help us". |

It does not seem to be non-cpu intensive..... This thing will drain battery pretty quickly !!! 2. Therefore I set up the manager to work while in power only 3. I run Rosetta along this project. 4. When I plug-in I usually work on the machine = false signals. 5. To make it specific do not use laptops. |
