Seismic data collected by the Quake-Catcher Network is available shortly after detections are made. There are several forms of data available for scientific use, listed below. Please acknowledge the use of QCN data when publishing or presenting data or results derived from QCN. Thank you!
Coming Soon: Trigger Metadata: This includes the times, amplitudes, locations, etc. of triggers sent from sensor-computers to the QCN server.
Coming Soon: Triggered Waveforms: This includes compressed binary waveforms in Seismic Analysis Code (SAC) format for sensors that recorded an earthquake. We are working on better request methods.
Coming Soon: Continuous Waveforms: Some QCN sensor-computers with USB accelerometers record data continuously and upload all data to QCN servers. This includes compressed binary waveforms in Seismic Analysis Code (SAC) format. We are working on better request methods.
